Connecting for Nature

Keeping Yorkshire folk in touch with their local biodiversity news

Welcome to Connecting for Nature. Our aim is to increase awareness of the biodiversity of the areas of Scarborough, Ryedale and Howardian Hills in North Yorkshire by linking people, places and communities together for the best interests of wildlife.

As we build this website and blog you will find background information on the partnership as well as a growing resource of case studies on local projects, links and contact info for volunteer groups, details of events which you may wish to get involved in etc. Whatever your interest in visiting this site we hope you will follow the blog and bookmark the site so that you can check back regularly and help us to connect more people who share our passion for the nature of our corner of North Yorkshire.

You can also keep in touch with the Partnership via social media. Please join the Connecting for Nature Group on Facebook and follow our tweets from @CFNature on Twitter.
